The Client Experience

A relationship built on coordination, not transactions.

Working with us is steady and personal. You work directly with partners, your disciplines stay coordinated, and your reporting is clear.

  1. How a relationship begins

A relationship starts with a conversation, not a pitch. We take time to understand your circumstances across investments, tax, and estate planning before any recommendation is made — because those decisions are connected, and so is our advice.

  2. Getting to know you

Early on, we work through the Confidential Investor/Client Profile together. It is less a form than a way of understanding your goals, your risk tolerance, and what matters to your family — the foundation every later decision is measured against.

  3. Reviewing the plan together

We prepare a personalized proposal and walk through it with you — the allocation, the reasoning, and how it fits your tax and estate picture. You see why each recommendation is made before anything is implemented.

  4. How coordination works in practice

Your advisor, accountant, and estate attorney belong to separate, affiliated firms. When you engage more than one and a decision touches more than one discipline, the relevant partners coordinate directly on your behalf — so you are never left carrying information between professionals who never speak. Coordination happens when you engage the firms and authorize it, never automatically.

  5. Communication and reporting

We are available by phone and email, and glad to meet in person — communicating as often as you wish, with periodic portfolio reviews. You receive monthly statements directly from an independent, qualified third-party custodian, plus a consolidated quarterly report from our team.

  6. Fiduciary care, throughout

As an SEC-Registered Investment Advisor, we serve in a fiduciary capacity. We do not sell proprietary products or earn commissions — our guidance is measured against your interests, and reviewed as your circumstances evolve.
